No Refunds

All payments made for one-on-one mentorship sessions, consulting engagements, or related services with The David and Company LLC are non-refundable. Once a session or service is booked and payment is processed, the fee is final and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

Forfeiture of Fees

• Late Cancellations: Canceling a session or service with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the fee.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification will also result in forfeiture of the fee.

Session and Service Validity

• Utilization Period: If you cannot attend a booked session, you must reschedule and use it within 30 to 60 days of the original booking date.

• Expiration: Any session or service not used within this period will be considered expired, with no refund or credit issued.

Value of Service

Our sessions and consulting services are designed to deliver clarity, strategies, and actionable guidance tailored to your goals. However:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on your commitment, actions, and external factors outside our control.

• Dissatisfaction with results or implementation does not qualify for a refund.

Emergency Situations

In the event of unforeseen emergencies that prevent attendance:

• Notify us immediately via our official communication channels.

• While the standard refund policy applies, exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion and may require supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate).

Indemnification

By engaging with The David and Company LLC, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its representatives, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from advice or strategies provided. Decisions and actions taken as a result of the sessions or services remain solely your responsibility.
