  • Cancellation Policy: Notify us in writing at least 7 days before the event to be eligible for a refund, minus any processing fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the event or for no-shows.

4. Refund & Return Policy

  • Non-Refundable: All sales and bookings through The David and Company LLC are final. Refunds are not offered once a transaction is completed.

  • Exchange or Credit Option: While refunds are not available, we offer exchanges or store credit in certain cases. Contact our team within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
