No Refunds

All payments made for sessions, workshops, or related services with The Forge by The David and Company LLC are non-refundable. Once a session or service is booked and payment is processed, the fee is final and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

Forfeiture of Fees

• Late Cancellations: Canceling a session with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the fee.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification will also result in forfeiture of the fee.

Session and Service Validity

• Utilization Period: Booked sessions must be rescheduled and used within 30 to 60 days of the original booking date if you are unable to attend.

• Expiration: Any session or service not used within this period will be considered expired, with no refund or credit issued.

Value of Service

• Our programs are designed to deliver clarity, strategies, and actionable guidance tailored to participants’ goals.

• No Outcome Guarantee: Results depend on participant commitment, actions, and external factors beyond our control. Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

• Feedback is encouraged to continually enhance program quality.

Emergency Situations

• Notify us immediately via official communication channels in the event of emergencies that prevent attendance.

• While the standard no-refund policy applies, exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion and may require supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate).

Indemnification

By engaging with The Forge, participants and their guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless The David and Company LLC, its representatives, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from advice, strategies, or skills provided. Decisions and actions taken as a result of sessions remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
