By booking a session, workshop, or training program with The Forge by The David and Company LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Session Booking and Payment

1.1 Advance Booking: All sessions must be booked through the designated booking platform in advance.
1.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards and approved online payment options.
1.3 Session Pricing: Prices are clearly listed on the booking platform and must be paid in full prior to the session.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation Notice: Provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled session.
2.2 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit the session fee. No refund or credit will be issued.
2.3 No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without prior notice will be considered a no-show, resulting in forfeiture of the session fee.

3. Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Advance Notice: Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty if 48 hours’ notice is provided.
3.2 Rescheduling Limit: Each session may be rescheduled once. Additional requests will be treated as cancellations and subject to the cancellation policy.

4. Session Duration

4.1 Standard Duration: Sessions are scheduled for the length indicated during booking.
4.2 Extended Sessions: Extensions may be granted at The Forge’s discretion based on session flow and mutual agreement.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Private Discussions: All discussions during sessions are strictly confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed without your consent.
5.2 Safe Sharing: Students and participants are encouraged to share openly. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be arranged separately if requested.

6. No Guarantees

6.1 Guidance Only: Sessions provide guidance, skill-building, and actionable strategies, but specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on your commitment and implementation.

7. Liability Disclaimer

7.1 No Liability: The David and Company LLC, its representatives, and The Forge instructors are not liable for any loss, damages, or outcomes resulting from the use of advice or skills provided.

8. Photography and Recording

8.1 Recording Restrictions: Unauthorized photography or recording is not permitted.
8.2 Photo Requests: Any photos or recordings must be requested and approved in advance.

9. Emergency Situations

9.1 Notification: Notify us immediately in the event of an emergency. Exceptions to cancellation/rescheduling policies may be granted at the company’s discretion, with supporting documentation if needed.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 Policy Updates: The David and Company LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated prior to your next session.
10.2 Acknowledgment: By booking a session, workshop, or training with The Forge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
